• Space. A small patio may be a better option if you are lacking in space. This can be built right next to your property and will give you room for a seating area.
• Ground level. If the ground is uneven, decking can be the perfect option as it can be built up above a slope.
• Price. You will need to take construction costs into account for both. Some types of wood may be cheaper, however bear in mind that they probably won’t be as durable either. Flagstones and concrete are more sturdy.
